Cancellation Policy for Adventure Camps
Adventure Trails understands that plans can change. This cancellation policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings for our adventure camps:
1. Cancellation by Participants
Cancellation Notice: Participants must notify us of any cancellation in writing or by email to the contact details provided.
Cancellation Charges: The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 45 days before the start date: 10% of the total booking cost will be retained as an administrative fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Between 45 days and 10 days before the start date: 50% of the total booking cost will be retained, and the remainder refunded.
Less than 10 days before the start date: No refund will be provided.
No-shows: Participants who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Changes to Bookings
Booking Transfers: Participants may request to transfer their booking to another available date or adventure camp, subject to availability and approval by us.
Administrative Fee: A Rs. 500 administrative fee may apply for each booking transfer.
3. Cancellation or Modification by Us
- Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or modify an adventure camp due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient participants. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or a full refund of the booking cost.
4. Refunds
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation notice in the original form of payment.
5. Exceptions
- Force Majeure: We may not be liable for refunds or additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes.
